Hook: I used a saltwater hook that was given to me. wish I could get more specific but I don't know what hook this is.
Thread: grey 6/0
Tail:4 webby medium dun hackles (with white synthetic fibers :optional)
Body: white crystal Chenille palmered with grizzly hackle
Underwing: Deer body hair (with a few strands opal mylar: optional)
Overwing: Blue Mylar tinsel
Belly: Orange or white marabou
Collar: Deer body hair butt ends from underwing tied back.

I've been tying this unweighted but it could be tied with dumbell eyes on the top of the hook so that it swims hook up. Fish as a standard streamer.
