Can't speak for the Flint but Lake Jackson is six inxhes over summer pool and it is raining in the drainage. They have released a little more water this morning. It is possible that a Wise Creek to 83 or a Juliette to 18 may have enough water for tomorrow. Still have to wait & see. Water takes about 4 hours to raise the Wise Creek to 83 and 8 to get to Juliette. I am going to watch it myself and may do one of those myself tomorrow on the Upper Ocmulgee if the release comes downstream from Jackson Lake. Those fish will feed if they get some water. Its been down for a while.

I was actually being goofy with my post because of all the rain, I mean look at the radar...

but I have noticed that you always seem to know what's fishable and what's not...

many years of experience I'm guessing...

we actually are tied up all weekend helping friends move and then going with them to the GA Aquarium (ugghhh)...

but when we are free one weekend for a river fish, I'm hoping you'll not only give us some info on entry/takeout locations, but also go fish with us...

Sorry i misread your intent, guessing because I am anxious to float. You can go with me anytime. I am prone to start late and stay late. Like to sleep in a little while then fish late. I would not be afraid to plan a float tomorrow becaus eof that radar. The first half inch of rain is going to be soked up bt the ground. When jackson Lake gets to 529 Ga Pwoer gets antsy and they may send us some water a lot of which will be good & clear except for what it washes into the river off the banks. Some stain is good. Tomoroow could be a good day.

Ga, aquarium? Don't forget the fly rods. Should be at a fishable level on Saturday.

hahaha. I like the self-recognition of a "tacky Columbia shirt". I'm in class..shouldn't be laughing this hard.

seems like right after I started this thread, we got gullywhomped just about every day...

I'm ready for warmer, more pleasant weather...

happy fishing everyone.
