Redbelly culture

Hey there, I'm a writer researching the history and culture of fishing for redbreast in the South, looking for folks that are super passionate about redbreast fishing. Also trying to find some of the spots--tackle shops, campgrounds etc--that have a deep tie to redbreast fishing. Would love to hear anyone's ideas about this. Email me directly at Also, at one point I saw a master's thesis about the importance of redbreast fishing to Southern culture. I'd love to dig that up or anything similar. Thanks much look forward to hearing from ya'll.

I'd ask some of the locals who live along the Ogeechee River. They have a Redbreast Festival along that river every year.
Romans 13:11-13: Another reason for right living is this: you know how late it is; time is running out. Wake up, for the coming of the Lord is nearer now than when we first believed. The night is far gone, the day of his return will soon be here.
